Diogo Serrão, the young man who disappeared on Sunday morning from his home in Câmara de Lobos, was seen this morning in Caniço.
After contacting the young man’s mother, Paula, local media outlet, JM, learned that a woman had said that she had both seen and spoken to Diogo this morning in the Caniço area. The woman had reported the situation, and the police were en-route to the scene to verify the situation.
Diogo left home on Sunday morning to meet up with friends and never returned home. His family are additionally worried, as Diogo suffers from psychological problems and needs to take his medication regularly.
