The Regional Secretary for the Environment, Natural Resources and Climate Change, Susana Prada, will tomorrow visit the Botanical Garden of Madeira Eng.º Rui Vieira, which will now house the first Madeiran wild bird recovery centre.
Now deemed a centre of excellence, the remodeled space will be used to help, nurse and rehabilitate disoriented and injured animals, which where possible, will later be returned to the wild.
