A foreign citizen had to be rescued yesterday by members of the Portuguese Red Cross Ambulance team, and officers from the Public Security Police (PSP), after causing a disturbances on Travessa do Valente, in São Martinho.
The victim already had head and face injuries, when the emergency services arrived, and the man, who was very aggressive and completely disoriented had to be immobilised by PSP agents before he could be transported to hospital.
As you can imagine, the comments left on the original article were neither kind or sympathetic.
