A group of thieves, who operate in one of Funchal’s shopping centre’s (sorry the article did not specify which one), were caught trying to steal from one of the centre’s commercial units this morning.
The group is well known, and is often spotted loitering around the place, so please be careful, and ensure that handbags, wallets and other valuables are out of sight and secure. If you are approached by a group of people, do not stop and report them to a member of staff or the security team.
