A small dog was found last night in the Barreiro’s area, and is now being taken care of by the Funchal Municipal Kennel.
On its Facebook page, the kennel say that the individual thought the dog to be a puppy, but it is about two years. The dog is said to be very sweet and playful, and was only surrendered as the man who found it already has two dogs living in his apartment.
In a statement, the dogs rescuer said that he hoped that the dog was just lost, and that his owners will quickly be able to collect him. If not, he hopes that he will find a kind, loving home.
