The Madeira Promotion Association has prepared a new webinar, called “Why a New Brand?” Which aims to show the strategy behind the much derided new Madeira brand image. The ex-President of Madeira, Alberto João Jardim referred to it as ‘bourgeoise snobbery!’
Having caused so much controversy, with some parents saying that if the government had offered their children a can of coke and a pizza, they could have done a better job; the webinar, which will take place on the 5th of May at 3 pm, will cover the decisions behind the new identity and logo, as well as the different materials and perspectives used. The session will be attended by the Executive Director of the Madeira Promotion Association, the General Director of Bloom Consulting and the designer from the BAR Ogilvy Agency.
