Madeiran designer, Nini Andrade has done it again! She won one of the most prestigious awards at the International Hotel & Properties Awards, in the Hotel Under 50 Rooms – Europe category, using her impeccable style, and Madeira as the basis for her designs for the ‘Madalena by The Beautique Hotels’ located in Lisbon.
While talking to the press, she said that she was thrilled to have won the award. She went on to say that some of the hotel furniture had been bought from a local pharmacy, which she later restored and that she had used photos of Nick Nick Bayntun, from the João Carlos Abreu Museum, among other inspirational pieces.
