The PortoBay group is reopening jts principle hotels in Madeira. These are the: Les Suites at The Cliff Bay, The Cliff Bay, Eden Mar, Porto Mare and The Residence. As part of their re-opening they are offering a summer special so that Madeiran and Porto Santo residents can enjoy their ‘staycations’ in Madeira, in fact they are positively encouraging everyone to become a tourist in their own country this year.
In a statement, the hotel group has assured everyone that the hotels will operate at a reduced capacity, providing more space on hotel terraces, solarium’s and gardens, ensuring that hygiene and safety measures are strictly complied with under the ‘Together We Care’ directives.
The group also states that “Reservations made until the 20th of July, for stays between 10th of July to the 31st of August, will enjoy a series of special rates, with prices starting from €99 per room per day.”
