Free Veterinary Campaign in Ribeira Brava

In a press statement, the Ribeira Brava City Council has announced that it will be carrying out their annual small animal (dog/cat) rabies vaccination and electronic identification (microchip) campaign.

The proposal was approved at the last council meeting and aims to help Ribeira-Bravese families to bear the costs of their domestic animals. Laws dictate that all companion animals aged from 3-6 months upwards must be registered, wormed, microchipped, and have their annual rabies vaccination.  The campaign will take place in four municipality parishes between the 30th of July and the 6th of August.

All interested parties must register by the 22nd of July at the Parish Council of their residence, or through the form available at https://municipioribeirabrava.org/aplicacoes/campveter/app_Login/
