A driver who forgot to put his handbrake on sufficiently, witnessed his car rolling over the edge of a mountain and down into a ravine 140 metres from the road.
Fortunately, there were was no one inside the car, and the owner, an employee of the Regional Government, was working on the new balconies of Miradouro das Flores, in Porto Santo, an area offering magnificent view of the beach and the islets of Ferro, Cal and Cima, watched his car disappear from view.
As you can imagine, the car is a complete right off.
