Madeira’s roads were a little more chaotic today, as several accidents took place around the island and Funchal.
A collision in accident in Lugar de Baixo at 17:00 this evening left one person injured.
Attending the scene were the Firefighters of Ribeira Brava and Ponta do Sol, an ambulance crew and the Public Security Police.
A passenger car crashed on Avenida da Madalena, in Funchal. As far as anyone can make out only the car was damaged.
A 19-year-old motorcyclist was injured this afternoon on Avenida do Mar, Funchal.
According to the Fire Brigade Sapadores of Funchal (CBSF), who attended the scene, the victim was conscious, but had severe bruising to his legs. He was quickly transported to the Dr. Nélio Mendonça Hospital.
