Nuno Morna, the Liberal Initiative candidate for the Santa Cruz City Council, categorically states that he regrets that the dog park in Garajau, Caniço, is only a temporary arrangement, as the space has been sidelined for a new hotel.
What is needed here, is an endemic tree planting initiative, and a series of paths that allow people to explore the area and enjoy the scenery, not another hotel!
