The President of the Regional Government announced today that physical exercise outside the home and so-called ‘hygienic walks, by this I think he means ‘dog walking,’ will no longer be allowed after curfew.
In a statement he said: “Next week we are going to make it clear that any physical exercise outside the home after curfew is forbidden, and as of 6 pm, everyone goes home.”
This is fine, except for those who live in flats and own dogs. While many people feel that next weeks curfew will curb any enthusiastic tendencies towards having some fun at carnival time, others with pets are looking at a more complicated pet routine.
