Picasso has been missing from his home in Santo António since the 16th of November. Although he has already been sighted in Caboqueira, Ilhéus, São Martinho, Barreiros, and even at the Mercado dos Lavradores, his family have been unable to find him.
After 17 days of waiting and posting messages on Facebook, his owners have issued a plea asking if anyone has seen Picasso, to please contact them on: 966 739 905 or 964 347 101.
