Yesterday afternoon, an individual was found dead on a levada at Poço Barral, São Martinho, Funchal.
According to a police source, the victim was aged between 35 and 40 years old and found dead by a passer-by. On arrival, the rescue teams believed that he had overdosed on drugs as certain items were located close to his body.
