Binter Claim Quarantine Rules Stop Them From Flying

Binter Airlines has stated that their inability to operate the Madeira – Porto Santo route is due to the “new quarantine rules imposed on the crew, which prevents them from flying the plane from Gran Canaria, where it has undergone maintenance work, to Madeira, as the crew will be subjected to new quarantine regulations.

To conclude, the company says that “it wants to continue operating its scheduled flights, but the measures imposed by the Madeiran Government prevent it from doing so.”
