Monte Case Back on Track

The judge presiding over the Monte Tree tragedy has returned from sick leave.  Having been reported as unwell, many people feared that this investigation would drag on, especially as no decision has been made as to whether to close the case or investigate further.

Now that the judge is back in action, it would appear that those fears have been allayed.

The Monte tragedy took place on the 15th of August 2017 when a large tree fell, killing thirteen people and injuring dozens of others.
